Will the mobile dog groomer need to use my home’s electricity or water hose?

Not at all! Our grooming van is fully equipped with its own electric generator and fresh water reservoir. We also have a separate tank for gray water, which we empty back at our office. On rare occasions, we may need to use your garden hose to refill the fresh water tank, but this is uncommon.

Is the water used for bathing warm or cold?

We always use heated water—because no one likes a cold bath, including your pup!

Can I watch my pet being groomed?

We completely understand wanting to check in on your furry friend! However, our insurance policy does not allow owners to be inside the grooming van during the session. Rest assured, your pet is in caring, professional hands.

Does frequent bathing dry out my dog’s skin?

Not at all! We use mild, hypoallergenic shampoos and conditioners that are safe for regular use. In fact, many veterinarians recommend weekly baths with medicated shampoo for dogs with skin or coat conditions.

Can I provide my own shampoo for the grooming?

Absolutely! As long as the shampoo is pet-safe or prescribed by a veterinarian, we’re happy to use it.
